RoadCrew Rosemead Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial concrete work, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and scheduling based on current workload and weather conditions.
Quotes and Estimates
We provide free quotes for your concrete projects. All estimates are based on the information you provide and a site inspection when necessary. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials needed, and project scope changes. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and secure materials. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided in your contract. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may result in forfeiture of the deposit if materials have already been ordered. Once work has started, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials used.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. All concrete work comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific warranty period and terms will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
RoadCrew Rosemead Concrete maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all our work. We take every precaution to protect your property during the project. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden underground utilities not marked by appropriate authorities, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
